Drummer, composer and bandleader Terri Lyne Carrington brings her quartet to the Upper West Side club for a five-night residency. Terri was a child prodigy who received a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music at age eleven. By her early 20s, she was touring with Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter and Stan Getz. Three GRAMMY Awards followed, including wins for Best Jazz Vocal Album and Best Jazz Instrumental Album. Terri's impact extends beyond performance. As founder and artistic director of the Berklee Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice, she has challenged the male-dominated jazz establishment and created space for underrepresented voices. Her recent projects explore social justice themes with musical sophistication. This residency offers five nights to experience one of contemporary jazz's most essential artists.
