Two separate ensembles sharing the bill. Cindy is a drummer who has led her own groups since the late 1980s and spent years as Carlos Santana's touring drummer. Patricia is a Mexican-born percussionist and vibraphonist working in contemporary improvised music whose septet brings a different textural approach—more open, less groove-anchored. The Lena Horne Bandshell at Prospect Park is an outdoor summer venue. Ticket range reflects general admission versus reserved sections.
