Pianist and composer Bill O'Connell has worked extensively across straight-ahead and Latin jazz, recording for SteepleChase, Milestone and Tropijazz, and performing with Gato Barbieri, Dave Valentin and Claudio Roditi. He is joined here by trumpeter Randy Brecker, a Philadelphia-born two-time GRAMMY Award winner who cofounded the Brecker Brothers with his late brother Michael and has sustained one of jazz's most prolific careers as a bandleader and studio musician across five decades. Randy's discography as a sideman takes in Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen and James Brown alongside a vast body of jazz recordings. Two sets nightly.
